Eng.<br />Retired City of Ottawa Employee<br /><br />At the Perley Rideau Veterans Health Centre on Thursday, February 26, 2015 in his 91st year. Loving and devoted spouse of 65 years to Josephine Maika. Proud father to sons Michael (Nicole Brunet) and John (Donna Anderson), daughters Janet (Tor Wilson) and Sharon (Stephen Hops), grandchildren Michelle (Dave Poff), Philippe (Emilie-Anne Duval), Melanie and Ben Wilson, Adam and Brandon Hops, great grandchildren Marissa and Noah Poff, Laurier and Arnaud Andrecheck, as well as his sister Anna Mae (late Bill Warren). Predeceased by his parents John and Anna (nee Biernacki) and siblings Ed (late Martha and late Agnes Marie), Raymond (late Anna), Lawrence (late Irene), Agnes (late Lawrence Coulas) and Martha (late Harold Cy Cybulski). Bronas was an avid curler, card player, fisherman and hunter, as well as an active member with the Knights of Columbus. A very special thanks to all the healthcare professionals on Rideau 1 South who provided such compassion and care throughout his stay at the PRVH. Friends may pay respects on Saturday February 28, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm at the Kelly Funeral Home &ndash; Carling Chapel, 2313 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, ON and on Sunday, March 1, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm at Heubner Funeral Home, 43 Stafford Street, Barry&rsquo;s Bay, ON. Funeral Monday, March 2, 2015 to St. Hedwig&rsquo;s Church, 35 Karol Woytyla Square, Barry&rsquo;s Bay, ON for Mass of Christian Funeral at 10:30am. Burial to follow in the Spring.
